Donna Casper, Ted’s wife, has played an integral role in the success of the company for over 25 years. While Donna has been involved in many areas of the business, her past emphasis has been in the financial area. Now, her main focus is on customer satisfaction.
Ron Mottl is a partner who has spearheaded the sales efforts for over 27 years. Ron is a “coffee aficionado” who enjoys offering customers the experience of tasting all the different coffee flavors. And, he takes pride in customizing a program that meets and exceeds all expectations.
Josie Anderson is all about customer service and satisfaction. While Josie exudes energy and enthusiasm, she is not just that friendly voice you hear when you call in your order. As account coordinator and office manager, for the last 15 years, Josie expedites all orders and makes sure all deliveries are made on time, every time.
Kevin Toth, installer, problem solver and all around “good guy”. Kevin has, for over 14 years, helped customize plans for our customers. “Why didn’t I think of that?” is what many customers say when Kevin finishes a project.
